Thank you to all of my fellow Adams County residents who have supported me as I have served in the State House and State Senate!
I have been privileged to serve House District 30 and Senate District 25, and it has been an honor to have been afforded such a huge responsibility to be your voice, and to bring your vision to the Capitol.
As Chair and Vice-Chair of the Joint Budget Committee, I worked to pass budgets with historic bipartisan support. By working collaboratively, we restored the homestead tax exemption for seniors, stopped the cuts to education funding, and funded an economic development office that will work to bring new businesses and jobs to Colorado. This kind of action is what I want to take to Adams County as your next County Commissioner.
I plan to continue my record of working together to get the job done here in Adams County the same way I have at the State level. I want to continue to responsibly grow the Adams County workforce to create long term economic growth. Adams County must find ways to invest in innovative, 21st-century classrooms by putting partisanship aside, and focusing on results.
Just as I have spent these past years in government helping to create a brighter future for my constituents, my campaign for County Commissioner will focus on talking to voters across Adams County about how we can build a brighter future for ourselves, and for our children.
